Silver Alert Issued For Tulsa Man With Dementia

Tulsa Police are asking for your help finding an 85 year-old man who has been missing since Tuesday night.

Police said Carl "Bill" Eugene Rupe was last seen between 7:30 and 8 p.m. Tuesday on a walk in a neighborhood near 61st and Memorial.

Police said Rupe was recently diagnosed with dementia.

He was wearing a grey short sleeve shirt, blue jeans, and grey tennis shoes.

If you see him, call police.
