Rogers County leaders are reminding people in Rural Water District 3 to continue to be vigilant about conserving water.

About 4,000 homes in the area are impacted as well as customers in the Foyil areas and north to Mayes County. Officials say the water towers are low causing water pressure issues for many.

They say not rationing could lead to another outage and a boil order.
