University of Oklahoma employees will be getting a pay raise this year.
On Tuesday the Board of Regents approved a nearly 3% raise for faculty and staff. Because of $50-million in savings per year tuition and fees won't be increased to pay for the raises.
This is the second year in a row for tuition to be unchanged. And it's the first employee pay raise in five years.
