Rogers County prosecutors have charged a man with a deadly crash on Highway 66.<br/><br/>

Rogers County prosecutors have charged a man with a deadly crash on Highway 66.

They charged Derrick Carter with manslaughter and driving under the influence. Carter also doesn't have a valid driver's license.

OHP investigators say Carter crashed into Mike Tarvin's motorcycle. Tarvin leaves behind a wife, two children, and two grandchildren.
