Crock Pot Brown Sugar Baked Beans with Michelle Bonicelli.
1 yellow onion, finely diced
15.5 oz. can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
15.5 oz. can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
15.5 oz. can northern beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 cup ketchup
3/4 cup water
1/3 cup dark brown sugar, unpacked
1 tbs. Yellow mustard
1 tsp. chili powder
1. Add the ingredients to the crock pot and stir together.
2. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours, stirring occasionally.
3. Allow the baked beans to cool slightly to thicken up before serving.
4. Stir before serving.
