Tulsa Provides Sand Bags To Residents In Flood Zone

The City of Tulsa is providing sand bags to people who are in the flood zone.

Tulsa residents who are concerned their property may flood can pick up sand bags at ORU's Mabee Center parking lot on a first come first served basis.

There will also be empty bags available to fill at the Jenks softball field, but the City of Tulsa says that the public will be responsible for providing their own shovel.

The City says they have 1,200 sand bags available.
