Oklahoma's public Pre-K program is among the top eight in the nation, according to the National Institute for Early Education Research.

Oklahoma is one of only four states that require Pre-K teachers to have a bachelor's degree along with a teaching certification.

74 percent of Oklahoma's 4-year-olds are enrolled in public Pre-K.
