Tulsa Police Take 1 In Custody In Shooting

Tulsa Police are investigating a shooting in the 2800 block of East Tecumseh Street. The victim was shot in the lower body, according to Tulsa Police.

Two people were in handcuffs at the scene and were questioned. Police later said one of them is a suspect in the shooting, but that person has not been arrested pending further investigation.

The victim is expected to survive.

Tulsa firefighters and EMSA were also called to the scene.
