Bob Rohloff was raised in Michigan and moved to Tulsa in 1982 to join the Tulsa Police Department. He grew up with an interest in weather, but his interest grew more after becoming a police officer. Bob started storm tracking in 2003. As an officer, Bob would help alert others to tornadoes. The 1993 Catoosa tornado made a big impact on Bob’s life. He was a first responder to help several people that were affected by the storm.
Bob and his wife, Terri, live in Owasso with their four dogs. They have three grown children, Kristin, Dillon and Ryan, and four grandchildren. Bob enjoys being outdoors and finding small towns in Oklahoma that are easily missed when you’re on the interstate.
