Tulsa County Man In Jail Accused Of Inappropriate Behavior With A Child

A man accused of inappropriate behavior with a child is now in the Tulsa County jail.

The arrest report says the suspect, Jakus Wear, was actually who called 911, claiming he was being chased. The report says Wear was staying with a friend's family and was left home alone with the friend's three minor children.

The report says one of the kids called their mom several times saying Wear had hit them hard enough to leave marks. When their mother and her fiancé came home, they told Wear to leave.

The report says the child told her mom that Wear came into the bathroom as she showered and started touching her hair. The child said she screamed no and to get out.

The arrest report says another child confronted Wear who then asked that child if she needed help washing her hair.
