Some Green Country high school students are getting training in real-world medical scenarios, thanks to a unique partnership with Tulsa Tech.
Students in the biomedical program at Union High School acted as doctors for mock patients suffering from neurological conditions.
The students presented their findings to their peers Tuesday.
"This gives them a great background if they want to be a nurse or a doctor or a physical therapist," said Stacia Bowden, Tulsa Tech Biomedical Instructor.
"This gives them a great understanding of that."
Union has Tulsa Tech's only off-site biomedical program.
