Teen Driver Arrested For Killing Pedestrian In Tulsa

Tulsa Police arrested a teenage driver they say hit and killed a pedestrian Wednesday night.

Officers say a vehicle hit the pedestrian just before midnight on December 5, 2018 on the off-ramp from southbound Highway 75 to westbound 71st Street.

They said the teenager left the scene but then returned and is the person who called 911. Police arrested the driver on a complaint of 1st-degree manslaughter.

Police have not yet released the identity of either the driver or the man who died.
