Police say a man is shot in the foot during an altercation Saturday morning at a Tulsa parking lot.
Officers said the shooting happened in the 2600 block of South 85th East Avenue just after 10 a.m.
After the shooting, witnesses told police the gunman ran to a nearby apartment. Police say the suspect and his girlfriend eventually came out of the apartment with officers recovering the gun believed used in the shooting.
After both were taken to the police department's detective division to be questioned, officers say they were released after police consulted with the DA's office.
Police did not say how serious the gunshot wound was to the 59-year-old victim, but did say their investigation into the incident continues.
