"Everyday it gets easier to talk about but the pain ... that will never go away I don't think," said David and Kelli’s daughter Briana Bowen.
It's been weeks since Briana Bowen and her 6 siblings lost their mom and dad, David and Kelli Fullerton in a car accident.
"Everyday, we have more decisions to make and I kind of feel like we are moving on without them and I don't wanna move on without them," said Bowen.
The police report says on September 10th, Juan Joaquin was going 10 miles over the speed limit and went through a red light and hit David and Kelli Fullerton who were turning left.
It says Joaquin did not have a driver's license.
The report also says David Fullerton didn't stop at the light.
"I hate the way that they were taken. It'd definitely been hard for all of us but I feel like all of us together, makes it easier," Bowen said.
The district attorney charged Joaquin with two counts of first-degree manslaughter.
For Briana and her siblings, the charges are a step in the right direction.
"I feel like with the charges being filed, that justice is being served," Bowen said. "Every single night I cry I'm just so mad, I'm so angry because if he had paid attention it could have all been prevented."
"They were some of the best parents, anyone could ever ask for and over one mistake, over one person not paying attention to the road they are gone and now you have seven kids trying to figure out what to do next," she said.
The report says Joaquin told police he had the right of way and couldn’t stop in time because of how quickly the Fullerton's turned in front of him.
The report also says Joaquin did not seem impaired.
There is a warrant out for his arrest.
