Charges Filed Against Driver Involved In Fatal Tulsa Crash

Charges have been filed and an arrest warrant has been issued for a driver involved in a deadly crash at 41st and Yale.

Court documents show Juan Joaquin is charged with two counts of first-degree manslaughter for the September 10th crash that killed David and Kelli Fullerton.

Documents said Joaquin was speeding and didn’t stop at a red light, which led to the deadly crash.

Prosecutors said Joaquin was also driving with a suspended license.
