A Tulsa man will spend 20 years in prison for shooting a teenage girl last year.

Investigators say Norman Gaines and another person were shooting at each other at a QuikTrip near I-244 and Sheridan when Gaines shot an innocent bystander, a teenage girl.
The girl was not seriously hurt.
