Police say several witnesses were watching as a 40-year-old Tulsa man threatened and harassed at least three people late Monday.
Officers were called just after 11:15 p.m. to the 3600 block of North Peoria after witnesses say they saw Ronald Kelly try to steal a bicycle from someone while using a screwdriver as a weapon.

Police say the victim broke free and ran away, leaving the bike behind. They say Kelly then found another person leaving a nearby parking lot and grabbed the bed rail of their pickup, but police say that victim drove off, leaving Kelly on the ground.
Officers say Ronald Kelly then approached another driver who was sitting in his truck, but that victim drove towards Kelly at low speed, knocking him to ground.
Police say the driver got out of his vehicle, grabbed a baseball bat and forced Kelly to lie on the ground until officers arrived.
Police booked Ronald Kelly into the Tulsa County jail on three complaints of assault with a dangerous weapon.
