Charges Filed Against Tulsa Man Accused Of Sexually Abusing Young Child

Prosecutors have filed charges against a Tulsa man accused of child sexual abuse.

Investigators say Carlos Cortez had been inappropriately touching a young girl he knew for about the past year.

The victim says Cortez threatened to hurt and kill her if she told anyone.
