Two new non-profits will be moving into Tulsa’s Legacy Plaza – the old Dollar Thrifty headquarters off of 31st Street.

Both buildings of Legacy Plaza are now officially spoken for.

On Tuesday, Family and Children’s Services and OSU School of Health Sciences announced they will be sharing the 12 floors of the west building.

The Zarrow Foundation is developing the towers and, in the end, seven of Tulsa’s largest non-profits will headquarter at the campus.

OSU will be able to create a central hub for addiction medicine and mental health education and research.

Family and Children’s Services will be able to consolidate into a single location and expand their COPES program, which is a psychiatric telephone and mobile crisis service.

“I know my staff children’s programs are in five different buildings right now and that is a tremendous opportunity for them to be together, sharing knowledge and resources, and that thrills me,” said Gail Lapidus, the CEO of Family and Children’s Services.
