State prosecutors are planning to pursue the death penalty in a 2017 murder case in which they say a Tulsa woman was beaten to death. 

A bill of particulars was filed Monday morning in the case which describes the prosecutors intent to pursue the death penalty against murder suspect Derrick Stith.  

Stith faces a first-degree murder charge after prosecutors say he beat his girlfriend, Kimberly Vo, to death with a hammer in November of 2017.
