A jackknifed tanker truck caused a major traffic backup on a Tulsa highway Wednesday morning.
The crash happened in the eastbound lanes of Highway 412, just west of downtown, near 25th West Avenue around 10:00 a.m.
From Osage SkyNews 6 HD, we could see a backup estimated of about two miles.
Police blocked the highway and traffic was diverted at 49th West Avenue.
The cause of the crash isn't known at this point, but video from Osage SkyNews 6 HD showed that the truck was heading east when it hit the cable barrier in the median before coming to a stop blocking all eastbound lanes.
No other vehicles were involved.
The owner o the semi said no one was hurt.
The lanes re-opened around 11:45 a.m.
