Traffic is moving again after a three-car crash near 71st and Highway 169 caused a backup Friday morning.

Tulsa Police said the driver of a black jeep turned into the path and hit a white SUV, which caused a second collision with a minivan.

There were only minor injuries and that everyone involved was wearing a seat belt.

"If you wear a seat belt and use a child seat…when you get in an accident like this, lives are being saved and injuries are not as serious. I'd say 10 years ago everybody in an accident like this would go to the hospital," Corporal Brian Collum said.

The driver of the jeep was given a ticket for failing to yield.
