Man Living In Tent Near Tulsa Truck Stop Arrested On Rape Complaint

Police take a man into custody, accused of sexually assaulting a woman at a motel on Thursday, August 30th.

He is identified as 41-year-old Dale Livingston.

In the arrest report, the victim stated she let Livingston into her motel room and after using Meth, Livingston threatened her with a knife, tied her up, sexually assaulted her and repeatedly beat her.

Police stated officers located Livingston in a tent just north of the Flying J Truck Stop on North 129th East Avenue, where he was arrested.

Dale Livingston was booked into the Tulsa County jail on complaints including first-degree rape, rape by instrumentation, kidnapping and forcible sodomy.

He is being held without bond.
