A full block of buildings along Cherry Street could be turned into new shops, apartments, and a rooftop bar.
Developers are requesting to re-zone property along 15th Street near St. Louis.
The project is still highly conceptual, but the hope is, if the re-zoning is granted, to add to the already vibrant Cherry Street area.
