Tulsa Police arrested a 20-year-old man after they say they found him parked at Turkey Mountain after curfew with two girls, ages 13 and 14. Caleb Elijah Raymer was booked on felony complaints of lewd molestation of a minor, possession of marijuana in the presence of a minor and possession of marijuana within 1,000 feet of a park.
Police say they spotted Raymer's spray painted green vehicle parked in the north lot at Turkey Mountain around 2:30 a.m. Monday, August 18. The park has a curfew from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m., an arrest report states.
Police say Raymer got out of his car and told officers he and the two girls came to the park to smoke pot. Police found the two girls still in the car which smelled of marijuana, according to the arresting officer.
The two girls were visibly upset and seemed to be afraid of Raymer, the officer said. They both told officers Raymer picked them up at their house and took them to the park. Police say the girls reported that the Tulsa man groped them and that they were too afraid to run away.
Raymer cursed at them when they refused to have sex with them, the report states.
Police also say they found a baggie of marijuana and "two remnants of marijuana blunts."
In addition to the felony complaints, Raymer was jailed on misdemeanor complaints of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. He's in jail on a $104,000 bond.
