Tulsa Church Gives Uniforms And Supplies To Elementary Students

Hundreds of Tulsa students will start off the school year with new uniforms, shoes, and backpacks all thanks to the First Baptist Church of Tulsa.

Students who attend Anderson and Springdale Elementary schools were able to pick out school gear from a wide variety of styles and prints.

“Yeah, so they can kind of find their own personality. So, if they like sparkles, if they like blue or black or whatever they want, they can find their own personality in their school uniform this year,” said Carrington Morris.

Tulsa Public Schools expects 400 to 500 students will benefit from the special giveaway.
