"Get out of the car! Get out of the car! Keep your hands raised!"
We're getting a first look at body cam video released by Tulsa Police of the July 11th arrest of Kaylee Williams and David Sack. The video shows several heart-pounding moments from the view of police as they tried to get the driver to pull over.
At times speeds reached as high as 90-miles an hour. Twice officers tried to us stop sticks to end the chase but the driver David Sack kept going even 4-flat tires. With sirens blaring this video shows the view from responding officers behind the wheel.
Officers ordered Sack to get out of the vehicle after finally pulling over on Mingo near 36th street North. He was ordered to back up with his hands in the air with guns drawn on him he followed those orders and was arrested. Cameras also captured the moment Sack's passenger, Kayley Williams, was placed in handcuffs.

David Sack now faces 5-charges including possession of a firearm as a felon, Destroying evidence and endangering others while running from police. Williams is facing 3 misdemeanors including destroying evidence.
