A Tulsa woman was arrested for second-degree manslaughter after a fatal wreck earlier this week.
Police say Kristina Seiber was driving a car that crossed the center line and hit another woman head-on.
The wreck took place in the 6500 block of South Harvard Avenue just before 3 p.m. July 24.
An arrest report states Seiber was northbound on Harvard when she swerved into the southbound lane and hit a Geo Tracker.
Seiber told police a car in front of her swerved, and she thought she thought there was something in the roadway so she also swerved, according to Sergeant Shane Tuell, TPD.
Witnesses told police there were no other vehicles in Seiber's lane before the wreck. The woman driving the Tracker died of her injuries.
Seiber, 26, was booked on the manslaughter complaint Friday, July 27, as well as a misdemeanor complaint for failure to maintain insurance. She was released after posting bond.
