- 1 lb bacon, diced
- 1 yellow onion, diced
- 3 clove garlic, minced
- 3 lb corn
- 1 qt cream
- Dice bacon into small cubes then cook until crispy, saving fat that renders out.
- Add onion and cook until soft then add the garlic.
- When the garlic begins to become fragrant add in the corn and cream and reduce by half.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
