Tulsa County deputies are helping kick off the 2018 Oklahoma Special Olympics.

On Wednesday, they ran the final leg of the law enforcement torch run to Stillwater to open the games.

The Sheriff's Office says it is proud to help support the athletes.

Deputy Justin Green says, "the athletes who participate in these games are so worthy and so deserving of our attention, our time, and all the efforts we can give to them."
