Tulsa Police Arrest Man Who Shot At Wife, Son

Tulsa police have taken a father into custody after they say he tried to shoot his wife and son.

Officers responded to the call near Pine and Harvard yesterday, where they say a convicted felon and habitual PCP user shot at his son because he was upset at the son’s recent prison sentencing.

Police say the shot missed and then, when the man went inside, tried to shoot his wife, but the weapon failed for an unknown reason.

According to police, the man then broke into a nearby apartment and refused to come out until after officers used pepper balls several times.

The man was taken to the hospital and eventually booked into jail.
