A Green Country man is looking for answers after he says thieves stole thousands of dollars’ worth of equipment from him.

The man said he uses that equipment for his business in Sand Springs to help take care of his family.

Casey King said he showed up to work Friday morning and noticed that his trailer full of his mowing equipment was gone. Now he's hoping security video will help catch those responsible.

The burglary happened near 41st and South 78th West Avenue.

"Everything that I use on a daily basis, I no longer have," King said.

He said he still can't believe all of his equipment is gone.

"Showing up to work Friday and not being able to do so is frustrating," he said.

King owns a landscaping company in Sand Springs.

Thursday night, he said someone got away with nearly $20,000 worth of items used for his business.

"In one video, there was a guy driving, and when they exited. It looked like there was somebody that pushed the code in," King said.

It was all caught on camera. A black truck is seen taking off from a Sand Springs storage facility with King's trailer.

He said he's worked hard for what he has and he wants it all back.

"Everything that I've worked so hard for. I mean I had a couple of little push mowers, my riding mower, my big 52-inch riding mower, 36-inch mower, blower weed eater, gas cans...” King said.

He said what matters most is that he gets back to work quickly so he can take care of his family.

"Just ready to get back going providing for my beautiful wife and wonderful kids," King said.

For King, it's not about the money, but about doing the right thing, and hopefully preventing other business owners from dealing with the same frustrations.

"Somebody has taken from me and I want those people caught and put where they belong because they are going to take from somebody else," King said.

Police are still looking for who's responsible for the theft.

If you know anything about this crime you're asked to call Sand Springs Police Department.
