Tulsa County Jury Recommends Life In Prison In Murder, Triple Shooting Case

A Tulsa County jury recommends a man spend the rest of his life in prison for a 2015 murder and triple shooting.

Prosecutors say Kerry Payne shot and killed Jeffrey Alexander.

Payne was also tied to a fight at a barbershop the day before Alexander's death where three people, including a 10-year-old boy, were shot.

He will be sentenced in June.
