When deputies got to the scene, they found a broken window and saw Phelps climbing out a window. He was arrested. According to their report, Phelps told deputies Lott was still inside the home. After calling in their SWAT team, deputies arrested Willie Lott.
"This was a huge concern for us because there are a large amount of guns and ammo in the house," said TCSO spokesperson Casey Roebuck.
The sheriff's office tells News On 6, those guns will be removed from the home.
Both men are being held on complaints including burglary and possession of stolen property.
