Prison Escapee Arrested In Okmulgee

Deputies arrested a prison escapee at a home in Okmulgee early Thursday.

The sheriff's office says they learned 52-year-old Todd Hicks was at a home in the 800 block of South Kern.  Deputies went to the home and took Hicks into custody.

Hicks walked away from the Jess Dunn Correctional Center in Muskogee on March 9th.

Department of Corrections records show Hicks was serving time for a first-degree burglary conviction out of Tulsa County.
