Sapulpa Fire Department Begins Training With New Rescue Boat

Sapulpa firefighters are training with a new rescue boat that they say could save more lives.

Firefighters posted photos of the new boat on their Facebook page.

Sapulpa's fire chief says the boat will make it easier to get to areas where homes are flooded and make rescues quicker.

He says everyone in the department will be trained for rescue boat operations.
