Smoldering Backpack Leads To Evacuation Of Tulsa School

A fire investigation led to the discovery of a BB gun at Union High School.

Students were evacuated Tuesday due to a smoldering backpack.

During the investigation, officials found a BB gun.

The district has not said what, if any, punishment that student will face.

It was also determined a faulty charger was the source of the smoldering.
