Sand Springs Man Charged With Murder, Burglary

A Sand Springs man is now charged with murder and first-degree burglary following a shooting.

Police said Brandon Gray and James Patterson broke into a home last Thursday night.

The homeowner shot and killed Patterson.

After killing Patterson, the homeowner held Gray at gunpoint until police arrived.

The homeowner will not be charged.
