A man was charged Monday with first-degree murder and assault and battery with a deadly weapon in connection with an October 23 homicide.
Raymond Rivera was arrested October 24 for the death of Tyson Teague, 18, who was killed the day before.
Police said an argument led to the shooting in the 4900 block of North Boston.

Police first learned of the murder when they got a call about a fist fight and shots being fired. While en route to the scene, police said they learned a body had been found in the street and another victim with a gunshot wound to the face was found at Martin Luther King Boulevard and 49th Street North.
A third victim, a woman, showed up at a Tulsa hospital with a gunshot wound to her shoulder.
Rivera is currently being held without bond at the Tulsa County Jail.
