Tulsa City Councilor Won't Seek Reelection

The race to replace Tulsa City Councilor Blake Ewing is already shaping up.

Ewing said last week he will not seek reelection.

Tulsa businesswoman Barbra Kingsley announced on Facebook that she intends to run for Ewing's seat.

The official filing period starts in April, followed by primary elections in June.
