Two Charged With Murder After Man Found Shot On Tulsa Highway

Prosecutors filed charges in connection with a murder on a Tulsa highway.

Dillon Rose, 25, and Dustin Baker, 29, are charged with murder, robbery, and kidnapping.

Investigators say 38-year-old Jason Harris was found shot to death in an SUV along Highway 169 the morning of October 4, 2017.

According to an arrest report, Rose was in the backseat of the SUV where Harris was found shot.

Witnesses told police both men ran from the scene, the arrest report says.

The report says Rose threatened Harris at gunpoint, took him to a store and used his credit card.
