Man Charged In Tulsa Autistic Teen's Death, Misses Court Hearing

A man charged with hitting and killing an autistic teen now has a warrant out for his arrest.

Court records say Darreco Foster missed a court appearance Tuesday.

Prosecutors charged him with leaving the scene of a fatality collision after Tulsa police say he hit and killed 17-year-old Paul Swisher in February.
