Tulsans are coming together to help the victims of hurricanes Harvey and Irma.

Sunday night, dozens turned out for a benefit concert at the Oklahoma Jazz Hall of Fame.

Proceeds from the concert went the Tulsa Salvation Army.

"We got actually a very good response for people to do something locally and attend and be a part of it, and not just donate their treasures but their talent, and that's where the musicians come in doing their part." Said Jason McIntosh with the Oklahoma Jazz Hall of Fame.

Some of the money will go to help restore music programs in Texas and Florida where instruments were damaged or destroyed.
