Turkey Mountain turned into Monarch Mountain for a few hours Saturday.
Several groups teamed up to celebrate the monarch's migration across Oklahoma.
People got to see all the stages of the butterflies and even help tag about 100 monarchs that students at Riverfield Country Day School have been raising.
“The tagging was a really cool thing that they did, where they put little numbered stickers on the wings of the butterfly so that if that butterfly ever gets found they can report that number to a website and they can literally know where the butterfly was born at and know where it died at and see that migration exactly." Said Riverparks Events Coordinator Ryan Howell.
Monarchs on the Mountain organizers say the migration will hit its peak in a few weeks.
