Prosecutors Seek Death Penalty For Man Accused Of Strangling Tulsa Teen

Tulsa County prosecutors are seeking the death penalty for a man charged with murder.

Court documents filed Monday show the DA's office is asking for the death punishment for Gregory Epperson.

Epperson is charged with the murder of his neighbor, Kelsey Tennant.

Tulsa Police investigators say Epperson broke into her apartment and attacked her when she came home.
