Mosquito Count High Due To Recent Mild Weather, Health Officials Say

Oklahoma health officials say the mosquito count is very high due to the recent mild weather.

They also say the number of mosquitos infected with West Nile is moderately high and that the virus can still be a threat for the next few weeks.

A man from Pottawatomie recently died from the virus.
