Craig County Man Breaks Into Assistant DAs Office

A man is pleading guilty to breaking into an assistant district attorney's home.

Bryan Starkey pleaded guilty to one count of first-degree burglary and two counts of second-degree burglary.

Starkey was shot by Craig County Assistant DA Erin Oquin when he kicked in her front door.

His sentencing is scheduled for December
