Police Find Car On Fire And Missing Tire On Drunk Driving Call

Police responded to a possible drunk driver on Highway 88 and 412 in Inola when they noticed the car was in very bad shape.

Driver Samuel Stout was standing near his car when police arrived, reports say.

Stout raised the hood of the car to reveal flames around the engine.

The officer also found that the front left tire was gone, with the wheel clearly being driven on for some time. 

The driver showed signs of intoxication and admitted to “drinking a couple of beers earlier that evening” according to reports. 

The car was impounded and Stout was arrested for public intoxication and taken to Rogers County jail.
