Three Men Charged In Fatal Claremore Home Invasion

Three men arrested for a fatal home invasion are now facing charges.

Claremore police arrested Dairon Brown, Marquise White and Kairee Cooks for the homicide of Dakota Rex.

They’ve been charged with first-degree murder, robbery with a dangerous weapon, assault while masked or disguised and possession of a firearm during a felony.

Rex was shot and killed May 16, 2017.

Police said the three men went to a house and held several people at gunpoint.

Police said while the robbery was over drugs, Rex was a completely innocent victim.
