Tulsa Doctor Has Medical License Suspended For Gross Negligence

A Tulsa doctor has her medical license suspended for gross negligence.

The Oklahoma Medical Board suspended Doctor Leslie Ann Master's license for a year during a disciplinary hearing yesterday. 

Masters operates Masters M.D., a cosmetic surgery center near 91st and Yale. 

The board also alleged she engaged in behavior making her unfit to practice medicine and failed to provide a safe medical facility setting. 

She will also pay a $25,000 fine.
